Very rare Pair of Lorient Candlesticks in solid silver from the Louis XV period, fillets contours model. Hallmarks for LORIENT, Hallmarks of Common House for LORIENT 1759-66 (D Crowned) and Hallmarks of Master Goldsmith Pierre-Hyacinthe CORDE received in 1753. Cordé was elected Juror-Guard in 1759, 1764, 1770 and 1779. Very rare Pair of Lorient Candlesticks in very good condition and well hallmarked, micro-scratches from use.
