Known for its intricate hand-painting, innovative techniques, and translucent quality, the company received Royal recognition in 1839 with a Royal Warrant from Queen Adelaide, allowing it to use the title ''Royal Porcelain Works.'' This prestigious acknowledgment cemented its reputation among collectors.
