"Neo-renaissance Brooch In Gold, Enamel And Diamonds"
Rectangular brooch in 18 carat gold, eagle's head hallmark. It is decorated with polychrome enamel representing a lady in profile dressed in Renaissance fashion. It is flanked by two stylized dolphins. The miniature is surrounded by diamonds cut in net rose surmounted by a knot. The diamonds are set in silver. Dimensions: 4.2 cm X 3 cm Weight: 10.8 g French work circa 1880
