Total height 197cm Height of the work 97cm Manuel Martí Moreno, born in Valencia (Spain) in 1979, is a contemporary sculptor whose talent lies in his ability to question human existence through art. Trained in Fine Arts in the faculties of Valencia, Seville and Madrid, he stood out from the beginning of his career for his originality and his taste for experimentation. By integrating everyday objects and industrial materials, he creates unique works that captivate the public. Since the 2000s, his sculptures have been exhibited in numerous galleries and museums around the world, including the Casa de Velázquez in Madrid and the Museum of Fine Arts in Valencia. His work has also been presented in cities such as Munich, Chicago, Miami, Venice, Barcelona and Saint-Tropez. Manuel Martí Moreno shows us a personal world, full of archetypes. He creates his works using a wide variety of materials that he recovers and diverts from their initial function: screws, wire mesh, old wood, rusty metal sheets, earth… Anyone who approaches his work will easily understand how the artist considers materials as an essential element in the creative process, he wants to create through his works, a dialogue between materials and emotions. His innovative approach, which consists of integrating nuts to create unfinished volumes, invites the viewer to complete the work with his imagination. The abstraction of bodies and faces, on the verge of disappearing, gives a fascinating aura to his works. His sculptures exude a strong emotional and philosophical dimension, inviting deep reflection. Manuel Martí Moreno's sculptures, although tangible, awaken an immediate sensitivity.
