Description
the object, including the pestle, is made of bronze, hollow, cylindrical in shape and flared at the edge. It has a marked foot and the triple profile decoration also repeated on the edge. In a position opposite to each other and under the flare of the edge, there are two sockets in the shape of a snake's head bent into an inverted "L". On the entire mortar, but not on the pestle, there is a slightly green tinning patina. The pestle, also made of bronze, is tapered towards the center and with equal handles placed at the two ends.
