The house by the sea, pastel drawing by Pierre Prins (1838 - 1913) probably dating from the very end of the 19th century to the early years of the 20th century. Signature at the bottom right. On view: height 25 cm - width 64 cm. Very good condition. Pierre Prins is a French painter, sculptor and engraver, close to Sisley and Manet (his wife posed for a painting by the latter). His works can be seen in many public collections, including those of the Orsay and Carnavalet museums.
