Born in Paris in 1858 and died in Paris in 1906.
He studied with Cabanel, Bonnat and Humbert.
His work was exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français where he received an honorable mention in 1884 and in 1889 (during the universal exhibition.
He was also a painter at the Manufacture de Sèvres and also in Rouen.
He also won a 3rd class medal in 1894.
His works are present in the Museums of Ajaccio, Avignon and Lyon.
