"Large Oak Chest With Rectangular Panel Decor, With Lock, 16th Century "
Important and very beautiful solid oak chest from the 16th century. This magnificent chest with impressive dimensions is decorated with three vertical panels on each of its sides and five others on its front face. The central panel located below the lock is lower. Each paneling is heavily molded on the contours. A beautiful work called "nail cutting" embellishes the entire frame. Our chest is complete with its lock, however it does not have its hasp. This piece of furniture is in very good condition, repairs have been carried out, the lid, not being original but still old, it had to be redone in the 19th century as well as the bottom plinth. These repairs are almost inevitable on a piece of furniture of this age. Dimensions: length 160 cm height 85 cm depth 80 cm height of the lock 19 cm width of the lock 16 cm Shipping costs contact us
