Japan Creil Et Montereau, Complete Service 97 Pieces For 12 People In Earthenware, Monet Giverny

Very complete earthenware service for 12 people, Japon model from the Creil and Montereau factory.
A fine example of the Japonist movement of the late 19th century, this fine decoration is one of the most beautiful of the production of this period (published at least until 1929). The decoration is printed in blue on a slightly bluish paste. It consists of two floral motifs, a cherry tree or a plum tree, a barrier and half of a stylized chrysanthemum flower. The outline of each object has a band alternating medallions with flower motifs inside.

- 4 serving dishes, length 23.5 cm
- 1 salad bowl, diameter 23.5 cm, stripes in the bottom of the salad bowl
- 2 covered vegetable dishes or soup tureens, diameter 21.5 and 23.5 cm, height 11 and 15 cm (a chip inside the largest)
- 1 sauce boat, length 25 cm
- 2 hollow serving dishes, diameter 28 cm
- 2 serving dishes, diameter 28.5 cm and 31 cm
- 1 covered condiment or sauce container, length 23.5 cm (a chip on the saucer)
- 4 oval serving dishes, lengths 34.5 cm, 37 cm 42 cm and 42 cm
Set in good house condition, no chips or breakage, colors vary, grease stains and pitting on some pieces.
Period late 19th century.
Delivery in several well-protected boxes on a pallet by carrier, 150 euros in France, 300 euros in the EU and 1000 euros rest of the world.
