Jean-Baptiste Noury was a 19th-century French jeweler, renowned for his refined expertise. In 1869, he took over a jewelry workshop in Paris and distinguished himself with elegant creations, which won awards at the 1878 Universal Exhibition. His legacy continues today through Maison Mauboussin, founded by his successor in the 1920s.
