Salvador Mundi or Infant Jesus of Prague in polychrome and gilded carved wood from the late 17th century. This sculpture of beautiful dimensions representing the infant Jesus raising his right hand in a sign of blessing, he carries in his left hand the cruciform orb symbol of authority. He is wearing a crown, a royal symbol symbolizing the power of Jesus over the kingdom of God.
Good condition, missing fingers on the right hand, a redone calf visible in the photos, taken up with polychromy and gilding.
