(H 52 mm x diam 16 mm) A line at the top and bottom of the cylinder defines the register. Three characters, side by side with triangular heads and the ends of the hands and feet represented by three fingers (like birds). The one on the right stretches out his two arms. Above a bird, at his feet a small animal. Central character has his arms along his body. Below his right hand three horizontal lines and a geometric symbol. Last character stretches out his arms above an animal raised towards him. Text: "For the goddess INANNA (ISHTAR), Lady of Eanna, her lady, UR-NAMMU, powerful male, king of Ur, king of the countries of Summer and Akkad, built and restored his temple for her."
