The facade is richly decorated with rosettes and a chiseled frieze of cornucopias framing a flower vase from which a pair of bees are foraging. Chiseled bronze dial in the center and its surround of palmettes and flowers. At the top rests a basin whose exterior, very in relief, features acanthus leaves on its whole decorated with swan heads as handles.
