Superb set of twelve vermeil teaspoons after the famous Iris model by Puiforcat.

This Iris model is one of the most famous and sought-after by Puiforcat as it is so refined and representative of the purest Art Nouveau style.

The spatulas and stems are decorated with iris flowers and leaves forming ribbons that intertwine to enliven the openwork handles.

An iris flower adorns the back of the spoons.

The spoons are hallmarked:
. Crescent moon and crown for German solid silver
. 800 for the silver title

For six of them:
. Symbolic goldsmith's hallmark that I cannot decipher

For five of them:
. Goldsmith's hallmark in the shape of a geometric palmette to identify

One of them is not hallmarked.

Good condition. Some variation in the shade of the vermeil depending on the goldsmiths. Three spoons have casting defects (?) at the stem.
