The majority of our stock will be dispatched from there. For smaller items weighing less than 20kg and with a circumference of 180cm (w+hx2) this will be a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40cm. Delivery 7-14 days depending on your location. You may be subject to customs charges for your parcel which will be payable on delivery of your item. Bulky items to UK & EU These items will be shipped with our own freight partners who operate between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to send these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries but delivery times will vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote Bulky items - Shipping overseas We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our freight partners. Once all costs are agreed we will arrange packing and crating if necessary. The shipment will then be delivered to our freight partners in the UK and booked for the next sailing. Sailings can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist you. These overseas deliveries can take between 4-8 weeks. Insurance For any shipments for which you have paid additional insurance fees, in the unfortunate event of damage in transit. All damages must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process.
