Important oil on canvas depicting the lively port of Concarneau and its sailboats under a cloud-laden sky that Lucien Seevagen painted with such brilliance. On its original canvas. The canvas bears at one corner of its frame the circular exhibition stamp at the 1942 Winter Salon in Paris. The painting is perfectly highlighted by its original Montparnasse frame in carved and patinated wood. Signed lower right. Located on the back of the canvas. Dimensions: 54 cm x 73 cm (20 P format) 72 cm x 91 cm with its frame Good condition. Never touched, a light cleaning could therefore be considered.
