The ball vase is the creation of the workshop of Mr. Charles Catteau (1880-1966). Model No. D.1847, called "Les Marronniers" from 1934 and made with a stylized floral decoration, polychrome matte enamels, yellow, ochre, green on a light turquoise background. A band is between two bands with a black background decorated with brown stripes. Referenced in the bible dedicated to the productions of Charles Catteau: "Art Déco Ceramics, Made in Belgium, Charles Catteau" by Marc Pairon Dimensions: Height = 22 cm Belly diameter = 20 cm Weight of 1.503 Kg. In very good used and original condition, even like new. No wear, cracks or breakage.
