This rare and amusing little London hatter's ruler, from the late 19th century, is in very good condition. The bronze ruler slides very well in its dark wood (probably ebony) and brass support. The marking of an old London hatter is visible on the side: J.tree & Co Makers London. Dimensions: 12.7 x 2 cm. Fast, careful and very secure shipping.
