Silver candlestick with octagonal base, molded with gadroons, the navel engraved with the Knight's coat of arms, the knot, the shaft and the octagonal socket recalling the base, molded with gadroons and engraved cartouches on matted backgrounds, Paris, Louis XIV period. The candlestick is hallmarked with the discharge of works assembled for Paris 1704 - 1712. This is the only hallmark that remains. Weight 430g - Height 20.5 cm Condition, good, old restoration. Rare Louis XIV period candlestick.
