Blued steel round cylinder, hallmarked ‘ELG’ in a spangled oval, representing the ordinary proof of a black powder weapon in Liege in Belgium, of a crowned ‘N’, chased in continuation.
Steel frame, engraved with geometric motifs, hallmarked.
