"Painting By Geo Dupuis"
Géo Dupuis, born Georges Gustave Léon Dupuis on January 21, 1874 in Le Havre, France, and died on December 24, 1932 in the same city, was a French painter, illustrator and engraver. At the age of 17, he joined the École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs in Paris to develop his artistic skills. Dupuis worked as a painter, illustrator and engraver. He notably illustrated several literary works, including The Lost World by Arthur Conan Doyle. In 1909, he returned to Le Havre, where he continued to paint and illustrate, while giving drawing lessons and working as an antique dealer.
