"Faience Dish 1700 Italian Decorated Majolica "
Faience Dish 1700s Italian Decorated Majolica with a white ground and mixtilinear border with a cardinal's coat-of-arms in the center, not invested with episcopal dignity, containing a blue and yellow double scroll frame with a fish topped by a crown. In the outer band are ruins, entwined branches, small flowers and a character. In good condition apart from minimal wear and minor chipping to the enamel. Lombard, Pavia origin, XVIII century.
