End Of The 18th Century Eight Directory Lacquered Chairs

Splendid eight chairs in lean tempera lacquered wood, decorated with refined shades of sage green on an ice background. The decorations, characterized by vegetal and geometric motifs on the backrest, give a touch of unique style, while the linear green finishes on the edges add a further element of elegance. The extremely comfortable seat is covered with a refined sage green velvet sheath, which helps to enhance their charm. These chairs, of great class, are able to enrich any environment with taste and refinement. They are ascribed to Tuscan manufacture from the Directory period, dating back to around the end of the 18th century.
