Each pistol is signed on the plate and numbered on the barrel. Case measuring 48 X 27 cm in oak covered with orange cloth with signature on ivory plate. Charles François Galand (1832 - 1900) French gunsmith who worked in Liège then in Paris. He made many revolvers for civil and military use.
