Round barrel, rifled, blued, stamped with a crowned ‘R’ corresponding to the proof after transformation or repair for the smokeless powder or black powder in Birmingham; of the letter ‘P.V’ surmounted of a line and a star, of a spangled ‘P’.
Barley grain rear sight.
Steel frame, stamped.
Hollow barrel, blued, stamped ‘ELG’ in a cartridge, surmounted of a crown, corresponding to the particular test of the weapons of living room or annular percussion with black powder; punches of control, stamped ‘11’.
Retractable trigger.
Checkered wooden stock plates.
