"Solid Copper Cabinet With Silver Inlay, Egypt, Late 19th Century"
Impressive solid copper cabinet opening with a flap revealing 11 drawers. Engraved decoration with silver inlays on five sides, the top with a calligraphed Tugra. Approximately 15 kilos of copper; there is no wooden core. Some welding to be expected inside Egypt, or perhaps Syria, late 19th-early 20th century.
