Important painting representing a bouquet of flowers and fruits in a Medici vase placed on a console. Signed lower left, oil on canvas of origin with its frame Louis XVI style of period in gilded wood. Of superb craftsmanship, this work was executed by the famous painter of Belgian flowers Henri RoBBE (1807-1899), brother of Louis ROBBE, he became a painter under the influence of the latter after having been a musician. Specialist in still lifes and floral representations, this painting dated from the years 1850/1860 is a perfect example of all the mastery and rendering of the artist, very delicate and of high quality.
