This pair of vases is really very beautiful with two beautiful portraits of women from the Empire period and rich gilding. One of the bases is missing. Defects noted: A small chip is visible on the bottom of the remaining base and its top has been glued back on, it has small gaps. However, it is very solid and can be mounted as is with its vase. One of the handles of the second vase was broken and glued back on in several places. It can be reattached but there is a small offset (photo). Height of the mounted vase: 44.5 cm.
