"19th Century Printing Roller Lamp"
Very beautiful lamp made from an old printing roller from the end of the 19th century. Solid wood (unknown species) and most likely brass for the patterned prints. The whole is in perfect condition. The roller is mounted on a matte black stained wooden base. The lampshade is a unique piece made to measure. In satin, the bamboo patterns were taken from an old Japanese Kimono collar. All the electrification is new and up to standard. Bayonet type bulb.
