Pair of gondola armchairs in rosewood, from the Restoration period.Full-arch backrest, open at the top with a mobility grip surrounded by light wood inlaid palmettes, as well as on the lower crosspiece.
Lemonwood fillet decoration runs across all visible surfaces, elegantly highlighting the saber legs, the scrolls of the armrests, and their urn-shaped supports.
The removable seat frames are upholstered in tone-on-tone checkered fabric, scattered with country-style bouquets.
Structure in very fine original condition.
