A sterling silver teapot with a low and compact shape. The edges are gadrooned both at the top and at the base of the teapot. On the front, there is an engraving of a crest depicting a bird with a serpent. The lid features a hinge with a filigree edge and is topped with a round finial. Crests are engraved on both sides.

Slight signs of age and superficial scratches. The five hallmarks are present on the base of the teapot while the base of the lid features the maker's mark, the passant lion, and the date letter year.
