Very pretty Pediment Mirror, Louis XIV frame with reversed profile in molded and gilded wood and decorated with reparure of burls of foliage of cartouches once carved in the shape of a heart at each corner, the pediment is composed of a magnificent basket of flowers the mercury glass has been replaced by a beveled mirror which harmonizes perfectly with the frame, this mirror was regilded in the 19th century, probably under Louis Philippe, but the gilding has remained bright and in very good condition some cracks and small lacks of material in places, the condition of this mirror remains quite remarkable Dimensions height: 125 cm width: 64 cm height of the pediment: 62 cm
