This seascape signed MILLET is probably located in Normandy. It is animated by a sailboat flying a red flag. A chapel built on the cliff overlooks the bay. Note that the painting has been restored on its lower part following a detachment of the pictorial layer. It also has a piece on the back. The painting is highlighted by a wooden and gilded stucco frame decorated with laurel leaves and acanthus leaves. The dimensions with the frame are 39.5 cm x 60 cm.
