Spain: Rich Gilded Glass Goblet, Royal Manufacture Of La Granja, Late 18th Century

Goblet glass, slightly truncated in shape, from the Royal Manufacture of Sao Ildo Fonso in La Granja, late 18th century. Goblet richly tool engraved of a rotating decoration taking you to a dream world: palace in distance, wooded mountains inhabited by many animals, lake with wavy golden waters, far of a pavilion, a plant explosion still in Louis XV style, all this tool engraved hollow then gilded, bright gold and matt gold. Which gives this incredible golden polychromy: we see on opposite wall the underside of engraving which is lighter, like silver: 3 colors of gold.
 Head gilding, on engraving line is of a finesse difficult to achieve. Condition is good. no breakage, scratches. but pinhead chip and wear on edge, possible to grind. (see yellow arrow).
Height: 9cm x Diameter 6.8cm and 5.4cm.
