Superb solid silver serving dish by the silversmith Georges Falkenberg, received as a master in Paris in 1894. Circular and polylobed in shape, with eight pinched ribs, it is festooned with a generous pearl frieze; it enhances a very beautiful interlacing ornament of vine leaves and their branches sprinkled with pearls. Diameter - Diameter : 30 cm. / 11. 81 in. Height - Height : 2 cm. / 0. 79 in. Total solid silver weight - Sterling silver weight : 838 Gr. Micro-scratches and "points" from normal use, very light traces of polishing after a necessary revival in our workshops.
