"Quilted Blanket In Bourette Silk, Late 18th Century "
Quilted blanket from the 18th and early 19th centuries. The front is covered with a bright striped silk bourette, in parma and pink colors. On the reverse side, a hemp canvas, with a few patches of fabric from the 1840/50 period. The general condition is good, despite its age. Note some small discolorations and two small worn parts around the edge.
