"Chinese Bronze Dog In Good Mood"
It's funny, my neighbor walks the same one. He also wears a flowery chichi hanging on his head and the leash attaches to a rococo collar. He also has large cabbage leaf ears and a cute little face, unfortunately I don't know the breed of the little dog, and my neighbor only speaks Chinese. That said, mine won't give you a hard time during sanitary walks, he's made of bronze and sits in the window.
