Biography
Laurent Blandin, born in 1969 in Le Mans, studied with Gina Pane from 1987 at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux Arts in Le Mans, where he graduated in 1991 as a sculptor.
His first personal exhibition took place in 1992 at the EPAC in Saint Germain en Laye. His sculptural quest has long revealed the energy of the body. In 2007 a new breath of fresh air came into his creative work, he painted the series "Bathers". His gaze will be drawn to the sea bathing of the 1900s ... After several exhibitions in galleries or contemporary art spaces in France and abroad, he collaborates with art magazines.
Since 2008, he has been based in Languedoc, near Montpellier.
His creations have been the subject of numerous exhibitions in France and Europe.
