"2 Large Maffrash Shahsavan Panels. Circa 1850. 110 X 42 Cm"
In a state of conservation close to the miracle, set of two large panels of Maffrash Shahsavan originating from Persia. Woven and entirely embroidered wool on wool. The plant shades are sublime, bright and deep. They have kept their freshness for almost two centuries. True objects of art and collector's items, these objects are highly referenced (see photos).
