Louis XVI style silver plated metal candlestick, signed by the famous goldsmith Cailar Bayard. It rests on a square base decorated with a water leaf decoration. The shaft is decorated with fluting with rudentures and a pearl frieze at the base. Very good quality, late 19th century period.
