Elegant Louis XVI style living room table in mahogany decorated with gilded bronzes. Rectangular in shape, it rests on four turned legs, an intermediate mahogany top surrounded by a drapery-patterned ingot mold joined by the four fluted and pot-bellied uprights embellished with brass asparagus tips, these uprights end with harmonious Ionic capitals. The belt is enhanced by friezes of volutes. A Carrara marble top whose four corners in spandrels surrounded by a bronze gallery in crosspieces sums up the whole. Napoleon III 19th century work. Very good general condition, the marble is not damaged.
