Mahogany serving tray with rosewood marquetry frieze featuring a composition made from butterfly wings in the center.
The blue ones are from the Morpho species, a South American species, which were widely used in traditional Brazilian crafts to create unique works. Note some missing parts in the composition. Tray in good condition.
