Jean Jansem (1920-2013) French painter, draftsman, engraver, lithographer of Armenian origin. During numerous stays in Greece, Spain, Italy, he painted and drew from nature, in particular bullfighting, processions, markets, carnivals and studio scenes. At the same time, he produced lithographs and engravings related to his themes. His career became international. He exhibited in Italy, Switzerland, England and especially in the United States.
