Antique French painting from the late 17th century. Oil on canvas, first canvas, artwork depicting a sacred art subject, Adoration of the Shepherds, of good pictorial quality. Painting of large size and impact adorned with a non-coeval frame in wood and plaster, from the 19th century, carved and gilded. Painting that develops horizontally, of pleasant proportion, characterized by bright colors. Painting that has undergone some small conservative restoration work over time with the application of three patches visible on the back of the canvas. Painting overall in good state of conservation and with a beautiful patina. Interior size H 95.5 x W 132 cm.
