Solid silver jug. Marabout model, bears a count's coat of arms located on the body, under the spout. Decorated with a row of pearls at the top. Hinged lid decorated with a gadrooned frieze. The button forming the grip is surrounded by gadroons. Leafy spout on the top and at the base with five raised moldings. Ebony handle attached to the body by a ferrule decorated with rosettes. Good condition. Goldsmith's mark: In a diamond: on the left H - on the right P. At the bottom B surmounted by three points. In the center a quadrilobed clover Title mark - Paris: Tête de Vieillard - 1818 - 1838 Guarantee mark - Paris Large guarantee: 1818 - 1838 Total weight: 467 gr The coat of arms shows a large bundle of wheat above a double scroll and between two palms. It is topped with a count's crown.
