Precious Athenian vase with a tripod structure in chased bronze and mercury core topped with busts of swans and webbed feet of swans resting on a terrace. The vase is in cobalt blue crystal. Empire Restoration period, early 19th century. Beautiful precious object, entirely in the style favored by Empress Josephine, who made swan decorations fashionable under the Empire. Everything is in excellent condition, beautiful gilding well preserved, the crystal vase intact and without white deposit on the bottom. Height 18cm Diameter 11cm
