"Louis XVI Period Mahogany Backgammon Table"
Elegant Louis XVI period mahogany and mahogany veneer tric-trac table. Rectangular model, with a slight central recess in the belt. It rests on tapered, fluted legs, finished with bronze sabots; the heads of the legs are also fluted. Two small drawers open in staggered rows. Beautiful interior veneered with ebony, bone and green-tinted wood. Double-sided top covered with its old black leather to serve as a desk and green felt changed, to the model. Our table has its 30 period tokens, black and yellow (complete set). Parisian work from the end of the 18th century, in good condition.
