Beautiful bouillotte lamp in chiseled and gilded bronze from the Directoire period. Model with three adjustable lights. Openwork basket base, decorated with scrolling foliage, fine pearls and guilloche. Shaft in fluted column with "asparagus" rudentures; guilloche cup. The sinuous arms with foliage support gadrooned cups and sockets decorated with heart rays. Adjustable antique green painted sheet metal (probably a little later). The two keys are to the model and period. Period mercury gilding in very good condition. High quality work, from the very end of the 18th century (not pierced for electrification) we are attaching a discreet adaptation if electrification is required)
