Important set of six painted panels representing buildings in lively lake landscapes. The six different panels represent thatched cottages, an ancient temple, a mill, a fortress, a half-timbered house, in mountainous landscapes with rivers and waterfalls, animated by characters and many animals. These curved panels at the top are highlighted by a frame printed with blue interlacing on a light background and spandrels with women draped in the antique style in goldwork pieces in the shape of a boat in the middle of leafy scrolls or ribboned trophies. Work from the very beginning of the 19th century in the style of the 18th century. Additional photos on request. DIMENSIONS: 2.60m high, widths: 1.12m to 1.04m and 0.87m at the least wide. The total length is approximately 6.25m.
