"Gigantic 18th Century Spanish Chest"
A truly gigantic Spanish chest. We have never had one this big. 18th century, made of oak.The chest was converted by a restorer to make it more practical to use as a wardrobe. The flap at the top was fixed and the panel at the front was converted into a door. Shelves were also added for storage.
The chest was purchased for 40,000 guilders in the 1990s by its last owner.
